Masuma overrunning pulleys (OAP-type one-way clutches) are manufactured with high precision, ensuring stable and quiet operation across different engine speeds.
High-quality materials are used in production:
- toothed inner ring is made from 20Cr steel, a strong and wear-resistant alloy;
- clutch components are manufactured from GCr15 alloy bearing steel, ensuring long service life;
- seals are made from oil-resistant butyl rubber, designed to withstand the aggressive environment under the hood;
- outer ring is produced from 45-grade steel, capable of handling significant loads during long-term operation.
