LED headlight bulbs are among the most in-demand products in Masuma’s auto electrical range, thanks to their combination of brightness, reliability, and competitive pricing. The new lineup introduces additional fitment types, as well as new brightness and power options.
Masuma LED bulbs are suitable for nearly all types of headlight applications:
- low beam and high beam,
- daytime running lights (DRL),
- dual-filament systems (H4, H15).
FITMENT TYPES
The Masuma LED bulb range precisely matches the dimensions of standard OEM xenon and halogen bulbs.

- D4S/D4R and D2S/D2R — designed as direct replacements for factory-installed xenon bulbs used in modern vehicles, compatible with both projector and reflector headlights.
- H1, H3, H4, H7, H8, H11, H15, HB3, HB4, HIR2 (9012) — intended to replace standard halogen bulbs.
All bulbs feature a color temperature of 6000K, delivering a clean white light.
THREE TYPES OF LEDS
Depending on the model, Masuma LED bulbs use one of three LED chip types:
1860 SMD — high-output, long-lasting LEDs with dense light flux. Best suited for applications where a sharp cutoff is not required: high beams, powerful fog lights, off-road lighting, and auxiliary lighting.

3570 SMD — reliable LEDs with lower cooling demands. Ideal for high beams, fog lights, and daytime running lights. When properly aligned, they can also be used in low beam applications, providing effective illumination without dazzling oncoming traffic.
5490 CSP — advanced chip-scale technology delivering maximum luminous efficiency in its class. These LEDs produce a powerful, uniform, and well-focused beam. By accurately replicating the position of a halogen filament, they ensure a clean cutoff line and proper beam focus in both projector and reflector headlights. The optimal solution for upgrading low beams to LED.
All LED types are vibration-resistant and maintain stable performance across wide temperature ranges.
ACTIVE COOLING SYSTEM

All Masuma LED bulbs are equipped with an active cooling system, including:
- an aluminum housing with an integrated heat sink,
- a built-in low-noise fan,
- a thermal interface layer between the LEDs and the heat sink.
Active cooling prevents overheating — the main cause of LED degradation — ensuring long service life and consistent light output throughout the rated lifespan of up to 50,000 hours.
